Nashville-based Zander Insurance has added Kell Holland as executive vice president.
Holland brings more than 30 years of experience in sales and service for property/casualty insurance and employee benefits, claims and loss control. Most recently, he was president and CEO of Willis of Tennessee, which operates under the umbrella of London-based global insurance firm Willis Towers Watson. During his 15 years there, he managed the Nashville and Memphis offices.
At Zander Insurance, Holland will oversee sales, client relationships, operational functions, business expansion and community involvement aspects of the company’s employee benefits and property/casualty groups.
Holland’s experience includes past roles with Brentwood Services Administrators and Aetna Life and Casualty.
A graduate of Lipscomb University, Holland serves on the board of the Nashville Healthcare Council and the board for the Purity Moosic City Dairy Pure Dash. He has also held leadership roles supporting the Greater Nashville American Heart Association and the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville.
