Personal Lines Renewal Agent

We are in need of hardworking, enthusiastic teammates that have a passion for listening to, caring for and serving our Personal Lines customers. This position provides value by reviewing client renewal business against all available carriers and communicating those results to the clients in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Include:

•  Guide the client through the renewal process while updating any new information available on the client's profile
•  Manage a specific alpha split and consistently achieve a 90% retention rate minimum.
•  Contact Zander Customers on a regular basis via telephone and email to discuss current policy and potential changes
•  Use the current Dialer system to contact each client regarding their upcoming renewal.
•  Match insurance applications with proper documentation
•  Attach all quotes and renewal Team documentation to the clients online file (AMS360)

Requirements and Skills:

• TN Property and Casualty license or within 60 days of hire
•  High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
• 3 years of customer service experience in an office setting
•  Work experience in a high volume call environment
• Typing speed of no less than 45 WPM
